As the General Manager of Highfield Hall, I have the privilege of turning dream weddings into unforgettable realities. Every day, I’m inspired by the love stories that unfold here, each one unique, heartfelt, and celebrated in the most beautiful way. That’s what makes this work so deeply rewarding.
In my role, I oversee every detail of the venue’s operations, from collaborating with couples and vendors to ensuring that every event runs seamlessly. I’m fortunate to lead an enthusiastic and award-winning team who share the same passion for excellence. Together, we’re dedicated to creating experiences that feel effortless for our couples while upholding the highest standards of service and hospitality.
What I love most about being part of Highfield Hall is the heart behind everything we do. We care deeply about our couples, the moments they share, and making every celebration as meaningful and memorable as their love story.
My favourite part of the venue is the stunning central staircase. It creates the most magical moment.

As the Operations Manager at our exclusive wedding venue, I’m proud to help create celebrations that feel seamless, meaningful, and truly unforgettable. I bring calm, structure, and genuine care to every detail so our couples can simply enjoy the magic of their day.
What inspires me most is witnessing the journey from the very first meeting through every consultation until the big day arrives. Seeing the joy on our couples’ faces—and the happiness shared by their families and friends—is something I never get over.
I’m grateful to work with a talented, passionate team that takes real pride in what they do. Together, we create experiences that feel warm, personal, and beautifully executed.
What I love most is how every wedding feels like stepping into a completely different world. Each celebration is so unique that it often feels as though I’m in a new place every time, and watching the venue transform through each couple’s vision never loses its magic.

As a Wedding Coordinator at Highfield Hall, my job is to be there from the very beginning to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
It all starts with an initial meeting weeks before the big day where we chat about your vision, and I’m with you every step of the way – right through to the breakfast the morning after, making sure it’s one of the most memorable days of your lives.
As for what my favourite table favour is, I’d have to say it was a collection of small brooches in the shape of different animals, all sourced from a charity supporting animal welfare. Not only were they beautiful and unique, but guests could wear them as keepsakes, remembering the beautiful day they had while supporting a wonderful cause.

As a passionate Wedding Consultant, I am dedicated to helping couples bring their dream weddings to life. With a warm, approachable personality and an eye for detail, I guide couples through every aspect of our stunning venue, from the elegant ceremony spaces to the beautifully designed reception areas.
I take pride in providing personalised tours, answering questions with expert knowledge, and ensuring that each couple feels confident and excited about their special day.
My absolute favourite part of the venue is the honeymoon suite. Nestled in a secluded, romantic corner, it offers newlyweds a perfect escape with its plush king-sized bed, a private balcony boasting breathtaking views, and a luxurious bath for ultimate relaxation. I love sharing this magical space with couples, knowing it will be the perfect start to their married life.

Hi, I’m Jess! I’ll be the first face you see as you begin to fall in love with our beautiful venue. I absolutely love getting to know each couple who walks through our doors – hearing your love story, how you met, your proposal, and all the little details that make you you. From there, I’ll help bring your vision to life and create a day that’s truly unique and personal to your story.
We’ll chat through every part of your plans together, and I’ll be there to answer any questions you have, whether it’s about timings, styling ideas, or those special touches that make the day feel like your own.
I’m obsessed with our stunning central staircase, with the light streaming through the stained-glass window above. It creates the most magical setting for those emotional first-look moments before you say your “I do’s”.
Ian Roberts
Head Chef
My part in your love story
As Head Chef at Highfield Hall, I am responsible for overseeing all culinary operations related to weddings and special events leading up to the wedding day to build confidence in our service and standards. This role includes menu planning, food preparation, budgeting, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences that align with couples’ expectations.
My favourite dish on our menu is The Lamb Rump (Welsh Lamb, obviously) served with dauphinoise potatoes and rosemary and mint gravy.
